The couple is getting help from their friends on television, specifically the stars of Million Dollar Listing, Josh Altman and Josh Flagg. Heather shared their teamwork on Instagram, humorously asking, “How many Josh’s does it take to sell the best 8.3-acre tennis court estate in Beverly Hills?” The mansion is quite impressive. It includes five bedrooms and nine bathrooms, along with features like 15 parking spaces and high ceilings. The home promises stunning views from the city skyline to the ocean. Buyers can also enjoy amenities such as guest-maids quarters, an office, and a spa. This is not the first time the Dubrows have worked with Altman. He previously helped them sell another property for a record-breaking $55 million in 2023. This sale was noted as the most expensive real estate transaction in that year for Orange County. The Dubrows have been involved in several high-profile real estate deals, marking their presence in the luxury property market.
