Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh showcase conservatory upgrades

The Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh, Edward and Sophie, have lived in Bagshot Park, a large estate in Surrey, since their marriage in 1999. They have made many renovations to their home but kept the glass-topped conservatory in its original form. The conservatory, located at the back of their house, offers beautiful views of their garden and the surrounding hills. The estate is set on 51 acres and features a tall hedge that provides privacy. Aerial photos show the conservatory's original structure has been mostly retained. Inside, the conservatory has been updated with a large wooden table, perfect for family meals and gatherings. The space is decorated with various potted plants and includes a barbeque area for summer grilling. Bagshot Park has been the family home for Sophie and Edward as they raise their two children, Lady Louise and James. Despite living there for many years, they have rarely shared pictures of their interior spaces. Most views come from aerial shots of their extensive gardens, which include a half-moon terrace with stunning scenery. The grounds connect with Windsor Great Park, home to Windsor Castle.
