Dust from US storms coats vehicles in southern Ontario

By Wednesday, the dust reached southern Ontario, where light rains brought it back down to the ground. This left cars and outdoor items covered in dust, a phenomenon sometimes called "dirty rain." Residents in southern Ontario were surprised by this unexpected weather event, which illustrated how far dust can travel in the atmosphere.
