A man from East Deer has been charged with harassment and disorderly conduct by police in Aspinwall. The charges are related to two separate incidents involving supporters of President Donald Trump. Christopher Brown, 60, is accused of targeting Trump supporters. In October, he reportedly yelled insults and swore at a Trump flag outside a home on Fourth Street. A resident, Donald Mazreku, witnessed the event and recorded it on his security camera. Mazreku later shared the video on social media. A second incident reportedly took place on March 14. Surveillance footage captured a man, believed to be Brown, walking onto a porch and spitting on a door. This home also displayed signs supporting Trump. Brown's attorney, Phillip Dilucente, said he would not comment further until after a preliminary hearing. That hearing is scheduled for April 17.
