EB Games Australia faces criticism for low trade-in values

EB Games has launched a new trade-in service for retro games and consoles in Australia. However, initial trade-in offers have been criticized for being low, with popular titles like Donkey Kong Country 2 valued at just $10 AUD. Collector Justin tested the service and found offers for other games similarly disappointing. For example, The Minish Cap was offered $16 AUD, while Banjo-Tooie received $21 AUD. These prices are significantly lower than those from competitors like CEX. The retailer's offers for consoles are also underwhelming, with $70 AUD for a Wii U and $80 AUD for an N64. Justin chose not to trade in his games due to these low valuations.
