Ecovacs launches carpet-friendly robot vacuum with BLAST technology

Ecovacs has introduced a new robot vacuum called the Deebot T50 Max Pro Omni. This vacuum features a new technology named BLAST, which stands for Boosted Large-Airflow Suction Technology. It is designed specifically for homes with carpets, making it easier to remove dirt, dust, and pet hair from deep within carpet fibers. The Deebot T50 Max Pro Omni uses a powerful 100W motor, providing 50% more suction power while generating less heat than older models. This means it is built to last longer and clean carpets more effectively. The vacuum can achieve a suction power of up to 18,500 Pa. One notable feature of the T50 Max Pro Omni is its ability to lift its mops 18mm off the ground. This helps prevent carpets from getting wet during cleaning. While some competing models automatically leave their mopping pads in the dock when on carpet, the T50 Max Pro Omni's feature is still a beneficial addition. The vacuum also includes a ZeroTangle brush, sensors for avoiding obstacles, dual mopping pads, and artificial intelligence to adjust its cleaning settings based on the task. The T50 Max Pro Omni is priced at $1,000, making it cheaper than some other high-end options. For those looking for a more budget-friendly choice, the T50 Pro Omni is available for $800, though it does not include the new BLAST technology.
