Egg Harbor Township police rescue man from burning car

On March 14, a serious crash occurred on Delilah Road in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey. A 32-year-old man lost control of his car and crashed into a tree. The vehicle soon caught fire, and the driver was found unconscious and trapped inside. Three police officers responded to the scene. K-9 Officer Michael O’Hagan and Officer Dominik Newman were the first to arrive. They worked quickly to free the driver from the wreckage. Officer Matthew Perkins also played a crucial role by putting out the fire. Emergency Medical Services treated the driver for traumatic injuries at the scene. He was then taken to Atlanticare Regional Medical Center's trauma unit, where he is currently listed in stable condition. As a result of the crash, Delilah Road was closed for about four hours for investigation and cleanup. Officer Nathan Lahr from the Traffic Safety Unit is handling the investigation. Authorities are asking anyone who saw the crash to contact him.
