Punjab's Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has started a campaign to give Eid gifts to special needs children in the province. The initiative aims to distribute gifts to 40,000 students enrolled in government institutions. On Saturday, an official statement announced this effort. Special Assistant Sania Aashiq visited special education institutions in Lahore to deliver gifts on behalf of the chief minister. The campaign began at the Government Degree College of Special Education in Johar Town. Gifts were also handed out at the Government Shadab Institute of Special Education and another college in Nishtar Town. During her visits, Sania Aashiq conveyed a message from Maryam Nawaz, showing care and kindness to the students. Gifts and Eid cards were delivered to each classroom, bringing joy to the children. Sania Aashiq also planted a sapling in the college lawn to mark the occasion. Maryam Nawaz expressed that it was a great honor to bring happiness to special children. She also mentioned that new projects will be launched to improve education and welfare for children with special needs across Punjab.
