Elon Musk attends Trump cabinet meeting positively

Elon Musk attended a cabinet meeting with former President Donald Trump for the first time. He sat at the far end of the table, wearing a cap that said, "Trump was right about everything." Musk was recognized for his work with the Department of Government Efficiency (Doge), which has uncovered significant fraud. Cabinet members praised Musk's efforts. Attorney General Pam Bondi thanked him for his work, stating, "If you committed fraud, we’re coming after you." This meeting was notably different from a previous one where Musk faced criticism and was called a "liar" by some cabinet members. Transport Secretary Sean Duffy had previously clashed with Musk over air traffic controller cuts. However, he expressed a more positive view in the recent meeting, saying that collaboration has improved over the past few weeks. He acknowledged that some media reports about the last meeting were misleading. Musk also revealed that his colleagues at Doge have faced death threats. He expressed gratitude for their hard work despite the risks, noting many are young and could earn much more elsewhere. During the meeting, Trump mentioned a potential revenue-sharing agreement with Ukraine regarding critical minerals. He referred to Musk as a patriot, saying he has never asked for anything in return for his contributions. Trump also talked about ongoing discussions for peace in Ukraine, focusing on territory and power plant ownership.
