Erling Haaland buys £4 million Bugatti supercar

Manchester City forward Erling Haaland has purchased a rare Bugatti Tourbillon for around £4 million. The 24-year-old soccer star recently signed a massive nine-and-a-half-year contract worth £200 million. The Bugatti features an impressive 1,800 horsepower hybrid engine. It can accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in just two seconds and reach a top speed of 277 mph. The car also has unique "butterfly" doors, making it a standout model. Haaland teamed up with billionaire car enthusiast Ole Ertvaag to buy one of only 250 Tourbillons produced by the Italian luxury brand. The base price is around £3.2 million, but they face high taxes due to strict emission laws in Norway. Customizations will likely add to the cost. The two plan to register the car in Norway before changes to import taxes take effect on April 1. A local source noted that the taxes may raise the total price to £4 million, but this is not a concern for Haaland given his wealth. Haaland is enjoying a successful season with 29 goals scored for Manchester City. His new Bugatti will join an impressive car collection that includes a Rolls-Royce Cullinan, a Mercedes AMG, and a Ferrari Monza SP2.
