Excel enables easy background image customization in worksheets
Excel now allows users to easily add or remove background images in their worksheets. To add a background, go to the Page Layout tab and select Background. Choose an image from your computer, which will apply across the entire sheet. To remove a background, click Delete Background in the same Page Layout tab. This option appears only if a background is set. For images inserted manually, select the image and press Delete to remove it. Using backgrounds can enhance the visual appeal of spreadsheets, but they should be subtle to maintain readability. The built-in background feature does not print, making it suitable for on-screen use.
