Fans celebrate Sussexes' fifth anniversary of California move
Fans of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are celebrating the fifth anniversary of their move to California, which they refer to as their "freedom flight." The couple left the UK in March 2020 after stepping down from their royal duties. Social media pages dedicated to the Sussexes, like @dukeandduchessofsussexdaily, shared a video from their Netflix documentary to mark this occasion. In the video, Harry recalls that they were on a flight to California on March 14, saying, "It's 6am on the 14th of March and we are on the freedom flight." Before moving to California, Harry, Meghan, and their son Archie lived in Canada. The family stayed at the home of filmmaker Tyler Perry in Los Angeles for about six weeks, where they were not publicly known to be. Harry noted that even his family believed they were still in Canada. Currently, Meghan is preparing to launch her new podcast, "Confessions of a Female Founder," set to debut on April 8. She shared on her Instagram that the podcast will feature conversations with women who have built successful businesses. Meghan expressed excitement about the project, stating it has been inspiring and fun to create.
