Fantastic Four returns with time travel storyline in July

Marvel is bringing back the Fantastic Four in a new series filled with time travel. Writer Ryan North and artist Humberto Ramos are leading this exciting project. The first issue will launch in July, even though filming for the upcoming movie is not set to start until later. The storyline features Doctor Doom taking over Earth. The Fantastic Four must navigate this crisis by traveling to different time periods in history. They need to find the Forever Stone, a rock that links all times and places. Unique moments include Ben Grimm battling a dinosaur. Ryan North shares that while the plot involves action and science fiction, it also explores deep themes of friendship and love among the team. He emphasizes that the emotional connections between the characters are very important in the story. Humberto Ramos notes that illustrating this series feels special due to the legacy of the Fantastic Four. He feels the responsibility of bringing these iconic characters to life. This new installment follows the conclusion of North’s previous run with issue No. 33, releasing in June. North hints that readers can look forward to a mix of science mysteries, monsters, and space adventures in future issues.
