Father of Georgia school shooter pleads not guilty to charges related to mass shooting
Colin Gray, father of alleged Georgia school shooter Colt Gray, pleaded not guilty to 29 charges, including two counts of second-degree murder. His plea was entered by his attorney during a court session on Thursday. Colt Gray, 14, is charged with 55 counts, including four counts of malice murder, for a shooting at Apalachee High School in September that killed two teachers and two students. He is being tried as an adult. Prosecutors allege Colin Gray failed to act on his son's troubling behavior and purchased the rifle used in the shooting. Colt had previously made online threats, and Colin reportedly bought him additional firearm accessories after the shooting.
