FBR recovers Rs34.5 billion, calls it historic

PM Shehbaz stressed the importance of taking action against any staff involved in misappropriation while encouraging those who perform well. The meeting included a briefing on tax cases pending in courts and reforms within the FBR, including improvements to tax assessment and overall operations.
