Finance issues limit F&CC meeting to three agenda items
The monthly Finance and Contract Committee (F&CC) meeting has limited items on its agenda, with no focus on development projects. Only three topics will be discussed during the meeting. These include confirming the last meeting's minutes, addressing a policy issue, and plans for planting trees on a dumping ground. This lack of development discussions is not new. Officials have noted that for several months, the F&CC has not included any development agenda items. The main reason for this is a shortage of funds. If more financial support does not arrive soon, the situation is expected to continue in the upcoming months. Currently, the Municipal Corporation (MC) is prioritizing ways to increase revenue. They are making every effort to maximize earnings, given the ongoing cash crunch.
