Fire damages 20 shops in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar market
A fire occurred early in the morning at a market in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra. The incident happened around 5 am at the Central Naka in the Azad Chowk area. Approximately 20 shops, mostly furniture stores, were damaged. Fortunately, no injuries or deaths were reported due to the fire, according to officials. Firefighters received the alarm at 5:30 am and quickly sent six fire engines to the scene. Additional fire engines from the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation and Garware Industries also arrived to assist. Firefighting efforts were ongoing, but the cause of the fire has not been determined yet.
