Fire injures one in Quezon City residential area

A fire broke out in Barangay Bagong Pag-asa, Quezon City, on Thursday morning. The incident began at around 9:48 a.m. in a residential area on Agham Road. The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) reported that firefighters raised the first alarm just two minutes later. By 10:07 a.m., they had the fire under control. The blaze was completely extinguished by 10:30 a.m., nearly an hour after it started. One person was injured during the fire. Regie Caldeo, aged 37, suffered a lacerated wound on his left middle finger. The cause of the fire and the estimated damages are still unknown.
