Five fruits can help reduce inflammation in gardens
Research indicates that eating more fruits can help reduce inflammation. A recent study shows that one in ten people in the UK suffer from autoimmune diseases, which can cause chronic inflammation and pain. Garden designer Henry Agg shares five fruits he grows to combat inflammation. These include blueberries, lingonberries, blackcurrants, sea buckthorn, and dragon fruit. Each fruit offers unique health benefits and can be cultivated in home gardens. Blueberries and lingonberries thrive in acidic soil, while blackcurrants are rich in fiber. Sea buckthorn is known for its high vitamin C content, but is considered invasive in some areas. Dragon fruit requires a warm environment and is best enjoyed fresh.
