Five teenage girls missing in Moradabad, families allege abduction
In Moradabad district, five teenage girls have gone missing from different areas. Their families believe they were abducted by people they know. This has led to a significant police investigation. The families have filed complaints at multiple police stations, including Katghar, Majhola, Kanth, Dilari, and Mainather. Senior superintendent of police, Satpal, confirmed that the cases are being investigated thoroughly. Police teams are working to arrest the suspects. In one case, a 17-year-old girl was reported missing on March 16. Her father accuses a man named Rohit from Govind Nagar of abducting her. Another girl, aged 15, disappeared on March 10, and a suspect named Farzan has been identified. A farmer from Kanth also reported that his 15-year-old daughter was lured away by a man named Sanjay. In a separate incident, a minor girl went missing during the Holi festival. Her family suspects Amir from Islam Nagar and his accomplice. Additionally, a 16-year-old girl was reported missing on March 15. Her father claims she was taken by three men on a motorcycle. Mainather police station in-charge Kiran Pal Singh said they are working hard to find the missing girl and will take strict action against the accused.
