Flow Beverage Corp. revenue grew 38% in Q1 2025
Flow Beverage Corp. announced its financial results for the first quarter of 2025. The company reported consolidated net revenue of $11.4 million, which is a 38% increase compared to the same period last year. The Flow brand itself saw a slight decrease in revenue. It earned $6.2 million in Q1 2025, down 5% from $6.6 million in Q1 2024. This decrease was due to ending commercial partnerships that did not meet profit goals and temporary production issues that led to unmet demand. Flow's gross margin improved significantly, reaching 21% in Q1 2025, compared to a negative 15% in the same quarter last year. The company attributed this improvement to better production efficiency and moving to its Aurora production facility. The adjusted EBITDA loss for Flow was $2.6 million in Q1 2025, a marked improvement from a $9.7 million loss a year prior. This change is partly due to reduced sales and marketing expenses as well as lower general and administrative costs. Flow Beverage, which began in 2014, focuses on providing sustainable bottled water products. It offers a range of mineral spring water beverages available in Canada and the United States. The company aims to grow while maintaining its commitment to sustainability.
