Focus Features unveils $25,000 coffin prop from upcoming Nosferatu film

Focus Features has launched a full-size replica coffin from the upcoming film Nosferatu, starring Bill Skarsgard. Priced at $25,000, the coffin is handcrafted with a wooden base and includes a custom mattress. The film, directed by Robert Eggers, is a remake of the 1922 silent classic. It tells the story of a young woman in 19th century Germany who becomes entangled with a vampire, played by Skarsgard. Nosferatu will be released in the US on December 25 and in the UK on January 1. The film features a cast that includes Lily-Rose Depp, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, and Willem Dafoe.
