Former police officer apologizes for deceiving women while undercover

Former police officer Bob Lambert has apologized for deceiving four women into sexual relationships while he was undercover in the 1980s. At the time, he was married with children. Lambert's testimony comes during a public inquiry into his actions while spying on animal rights groups.
