Formula 1 extends Monaco Grand Prix contract to 2031
Formula 1 has extended its contract with the Monaco Grand Prix for six more years, lasting until 2031. The race will now take place on the first full weekend in June starting in 2026. Next year's Monaco Grand Prix is scheduled for May 25, marking the 75th anniversary of its official F1 debut. The event has a long history, first held in 1929. This year, Charles Leclerc became the first local driver to win the race. The event was also the most-watched Monaco Grand Prix in U.S. history.
