Fortnite increases Playtime XP by 100% for players

Epic Games has made significant changes to the experience points (XP) system in Fortnite, especially for the original game mode. This update allows players to earn XP much faster than before. As of now, players can receive 1,200 XP per minute in the OG Fortnite mode. This is a big increase from the previous rate of 600 XP. Players can gain this XP just by playing the game. They can also earn more XP through activities like getting eliminations and opening chests. This change comes just days before the end of Season 2 of OG Fortnite, which concludes on March 25. The buff is aimed at helping players quickly level up and unlock rewards in the current OG Pass, which expires soon. In addition to the XP buff, Epic Games has introduced Supercharged XP. This allows players to increase their XP gains across all game modes. Looking ahead, the next OG Pass will launch with Season 3. It will feature new versions of popular skins and will cost 1,000 V-Bucks. Fortnite Crew subscribers will receive this pass automatically.
