During the week of March 17 to March 23, a total of 44 homes were sold in Atlantic County. The most affordable sale was in Atlantic City, where a 570-square-foot home sold for $48,000. Meanwhile, the highest sale was in Brigantine, where a larger home sold for $2.7 million. The median sale price during this week was for a 430-square-foot house on East Brigantine Avenue. It sold for $324,999. In Atlantic City, multiple homes sold for around $139,000, covering various sizes from 1,230 to 1,492 square feet. The price per square foot for these properties ranged from $84 to $264. Brigantine saw two notable sales this week. The first was the previously mentioned median home, and the second was a much larger property, measuring 2,148 square feet, which sold for $2.7 million. Sales continued in Egg Harbor City and Egg Harbor Township, where homes sold for prices between $100,000 and $525,000 with square footage varying widely. Other towns like Galloway, Hammonton, Linwood, and Longport also recorded significant sales. For example, a home in Longport sold for $1.475 million. Overall, the real estate market remains active in Atlantic County with a range of prices reflecting the diversity of properties available.
