Four arrested for car theft in Panchkula
Police in Panchkula arrested four people for stealing ₹24,000 from a car. This happened on Sunday in Sector 6. Two of the suspects are juveniles, aged 11 and 12. The victim, Ankur Bansal, parked his Toyota Fortuner and left the money inside. When he returned, he found the glove compartment open and the cash gone. Bansal quickly reported the theft. Following his complaint, police started investigating right away. Within two hours, they caught the four suspects. The two older suspects are identified as Govinda and Pankaj, both local residents. The juveniles were taken to the Juvenile Justice Board and sent to a juvenile home. The police recovered the stolen money from Govinda and Pankaj. They were presented in court and have been sent to judicial custody.
