Four men charged for youth assault in Pune

Four men have been charged with assaulting local youths in Pune's Uttamnagar. The attack reportedly happened over a dispute regarding a hoarding. The accused are Rupesh Taware, Deepak Taware, Vaibhav Taware, and Vishnu Taware. The complaint was filed by Sanjay Taware. He stated that the group was upset about the name of Gorakhnath Taware appearing on a hoarding. The incident occurred on March 18 around 3:30 PM near the Kalbhairavnath Temple. The accused used bamboo sticks and iron rods to attack the youths. Three people, including Sandeep Taware, Ganesh Chaudhary, and Swapnil Babar, were injured. Assistant Police Inspector Bhausaheb Katare confirmed the details. The police have filed multiple charges under the Bharati Nyay Sanhita (BNS) and the Arms Act against the suspects.
