Four slashed in knife attacks in Kingstanding

In Kingstanding, four people were attacked with a knife early Saturday morning. Police responded to reports of a man armed with a knife around 6:30 AM. The incidents took place near shops on Hawthorn Road and Kingstanding Road. Initially, police reported that two people were injured. However, they later confirmed that four individuals were actually slashed and one more might also have been hurt. Authorities have released a CCTV image of a man who could be the fifth victim. A 32-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the attacks and remains in custody. Police are continuing their investigation and gathering CCTV footage.
