Four teenagers arrested for Ramsey murder of 18-year-old

Four teenagers from northern suburbs have been arrested in connection with the shooting death of an 18-year-old man in Ramsey. Authorities announced the arrests on Tuesday. The shooting victim was identified as Diamond Eddie Manly from Brooklyn Park. He was found dead in his vehicle on March 2 in the area of Snowy Owl Street Northwest. Police were called after a report of someone slumped over in the car. The arrested individuals include two 17-year-olds, one from Shoreview and another from Ramsey, a 16-year-old from Shoreview, and a 15-year-old from Coon Rapids. Their identities and genders have not been released. No charges have been filed against the teenagers yet, and further details about the case have not been shared by law enforcement.
