Fourth arrest made in murder investigation of Devon Marsman in Nova Scotia

Halifax Regional Police have arrested 26-year-old Chelsey Herritt in connection with the murder of Devon Marsman, who went missing in February 2022. Herritt turned herself in on October 24 and faces charges related to the murder. She is the fourth person charged in this case. In September, police arrested Emma Maria Meta Casey, 23, and Treyton Alexander Marsman, 26, who is related to Devon. A 20-year-old, who was a youth at the time, was also arrested. The investigation is ongoing, and police have not ruled out further arrests. The remains believed to be Devon Marsman’s are still with the Nova Scotia Medical Examiner Service for identification.
