Free homeownership workshop in Battle Creek on April 10

The Battle Creek Area Association of REALTORS will host a free workshop for potential homebuyers on Thursday, April 10. It will take place at the Trinity Neighborhood Center, located at 10 W. Bidwell St., Battle Creek. Dinner will start at 5:30 p.m., followed by the workshop presentation at 6 p.m. The event is designed to help attendees understand the home-buying process. Topics will cover building wealth, the differences between renting and owning, financing options, and a roadmap to buying a home. The workshop is open to the public and caters to both first-time buyers and those looking to enter the market again.
