Modern America Campgrounds launched its new rewards program called Freedom Points today. This initiative is available across all 31 of its parks. The program is designed to help customers save money while increasing their purchasing power. Freedom Points features a tiered system where customers earn more points as they spend more. The rewards start with the Silver level for those who spend between $0 and $500, earning 12% back. Moving up to Gold requires spending between $500 and $1500, earning 13% back. Platinum status is reached with spending between $1500 and $3500, offering 14% back. Finally, the Diamond level, for those spending more than $3500, rewards customers with 15% back. The company soft-launched the program in mid-February, and results have been encouraging. The new program not only rewards customers but also aims to bring more visitors to the parks. A “double points park” promotion has already increased both traffic and revenue. Hunter Vazza, a company spokesperson, expressed optimism, saying, “This allows us to reward our customers while driving revenue and traffic where needed.” They expect to have 2,000 sign-ups and around $500,000 in reservations by the end of March. The company anticipates 20,000 sign-ups during the season, with total bookings well into the millions. The new software used for the program offers in-depth analytics, helping Modern America understand their customers better. The company is based in Boston and operates parks in six states including Massachusetts and New York.
