Gabriel Olds faces trial for multiple sex crimes
Gabriel Olds, an actor known for his role on "NCIS," is facing serious charges related to sex crimes. Prosecutors have revealed they found a large amount of evidence on Olds' computers and phone, which they will use in the case against him. Olds, 52, has been accused of several graphic acts, including rape and assault against multiple women over a ten-year period. He appeared in court wearing an orange jumpsuit, looking different from his acting days. During the brief hearing, he only said, "Yes, your Honor," when asked if he understood the next court date. The prosecutors disclosed that they have gathered about four terabytes of data, including texts and emails. Some of Olds' former lovers have shown support for him, writing letters to the court that describe their experiences with him in a positive light, although there are also women accusing him of abuse. Investigators say they are still analyzing the evidence, and it remains unclear if any videos related to the accusations exist. Olds is currently held on a $3.5 million bail and could face up to 93 years in prison if convicted. The trial is expected to begin next year, and the case has drawn attention due to its unique circumstances.
