Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore is upgrading to LED floodlights in preparation for the 2025 ICC Champions Trophy. The Pakistan Cricket Board is replacing old lights on three of six towers, aiming for improved visibility for players and fans. The renovation is nearly 50% complete. PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi approved the project and announced plans for a cricket museum and souvenir shop to enhance the fan experience. The tournament will take place from February 19 to March 9, 2025, with matches in Karachi, Lahore, and Rawalpindi. Lahore will host seven games, including the final.
