Gang member Rohit Gahlot arrested after four months

Delhi Police arrested Rohit Gahlot, a 29-year-old member of the Vikas Lagarpuria gang, in Murthal, Haryana. He had been on the run for four months, wanted for an attempted murder case from October 2024. The incident involved a shooting during a birthday party in Najafgarh, Delhi. Gahlot allegedly fired at Rohit Bhardwaj after a confrontation with another gang member and his accomplices. Police recovered two pistols and three live bullets from Gahlot. He has a history of criminal activities, including extortion and abduction, and was previously involved in five criminal cases.
