Gateway Family YMCA hosts free Healthy Kids Day April 26

The Gateway Family YMCA is hosting a free event called Healthy Kids Day on April 26. This event is for families in Union County and will take place at several YMCA branches in Elizabeth, Rahway, and Union. Healthy Kids Day aims to promote active and healthy lifestyles for children. The event will feature fun activities such as family yoga, swimming, and basketball. There will also be a session for parents to learn about summer day camp options from noon to 2 p.m. Registration for the event is free and can be done online. Melynda A.
