Ghana's ruling party candidate concedes presidential election to John Dramani Mahama
Ghana's ruling party candidate, Mahamudu Bawumia, has conceded defeat in the presidential election to opposition leader John Dramani Mahama. Bawumia acknowledged the voters' choice for change during a press briefing. Bawumia, the vice president and candidate for the New Patriotic Party, called Mahama to congratulate him as the president-elect.
