Glenn Jacobs invites Walz for charity wrestling match

Former WWE wrestler and Knox County Mayor Glenn Jacobs has challenged Minnesota Governor Tim Walz to a charity wrestling match. This challenge comes after Walz made a remark suggesting he could “kick most of their ass,” referring to supporters of former President Donald Trump. Jacobs, known by his wrestling name "Kane," responded to Walz's comments with a mix of humor and seriousness. He invited Walz to participate in a charity match and offered to start with a $10,000 donation. He proposed that they split the proceeds between their chosen charities. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has offered to host the match in his state, calling it a neutral site with plenty of wrestling fans. As of now, Walz has not publicly responded to Jacobs' challenge. Glenn Jacobs had a successful wrestling career, winning almost half of his 3,019 matches and earning several prestigious titles, including the World Heavyweight Champion. He became the mayor of Knox County in 2018 and was re-elected in 2022.
