Glenville reaches state championship despite numerous challenges

Glenville boys basketball team faced several challenges this season but has made it to the OHSAA Division IV state championship. They will play Maysville in Dayton on Friday. At the start of the season, Glenville's gym had a broken scoreboard, which was eventually fixed. However, the roof started to leak, causing issues during practice. Coach Bryon Ottrix had to adjust by using only half of the court for training. The team's situation worsened when they had to move a postseason game against Cloverleaf to another location, the East Professional Center. Despite these obstacles, Glenville’s strong work ethic has helped them reach the state final for the first time.
