Google Pixel 9 to receive free audio upgrade with Bluetooth LE support

Google announced that the Pixel 9 will support Bluetooth Low Energy (LE) Audio, enhancing audio experiences with compatible devices. This feature is also available on the new Samsung Galaxy S25 series, improving connections with headphones and hearing aids. LE Audio allows users to broadcast audio from one device to multiple others, enabling shared listening experiences. It also offers high-quality sound with lower power consumption, benefiting battery life for smartphones and audio devices. The Galaxy S25 and Pixel 9 will support Auracast-enabled hearing aids, providing clearer sound and longer battery life. Compatibility will be available at launch for the Galaxy S25 and soon for the Pixel 9 and Galaxy S24.
