The team, led by deputy mamlatdar Meghkumar Gandhi, stopped a tempo loaded with wooden logs after the driver, Mohsin, could not show the required documents. Gandhi decided to take possession of the tempo and bring it to their office. However, Mohsin stopped the vehicle and claimed he wanted to get tea. He then drove the tempo in the wrong direction. The officials pursued him, but he shouted that he was being attacked. Soon, a crowd gathered and surrounded the officials. Some accused individuals blocked the government vehicle with their motorcycles. They verbally abused the officers and threatened them with violence. Deputy superintendent of police NV Patel reported that a complaint was filed against five people, including Mohsin and the tempo's owner. At this time, police have arrested two suspects. They plan to catch the others involved soon. The accused face charges for obstructing officials in their duties, as well as threats against public servants, under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
