To attract visitors, the resort is offering free skiing today, Sunday, and next Saturday for those who tour the new models. The new townhomes are priced starting at $599,000. Visitors can explore two models that are ready to show. Granby Ranch is a family-friendly ski resort located just 15 minutes from Winter Park. The models will be open today, Sunday, and next Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. During the grand opening, guests can enjoy a free brunch and live music while checking out the townhomes. Those who tour the homes will also receive a family ski pass, which provides access to the slopes and various amenities at the resort. The townhomes feature modern designs, including options for two or three bedrooms. There are also luxury homes priced from $1.199 million. The resort has recently invested $60 million in improvements, enhancing the skiing experience with new snowmaking technology. Residents at Granby Ranch benefit from seasonal ski passes, golf access, and unlimited use of hiking and biking trails.
