Green Bay expects warmer, wetter weather for NFL draft
The National Weather Service has made early predictions for the weather during the 2025 NFL draft in Green Bay, set for April. They expect conditions to be warmer and wetter than usual for this time of year. In late April, typical temperatures in Green Bay range from 56 to 57 degrees. However, meteorologist Jillian Goodin noted that this year, temperatures might be slightly above normal. Average precipitation is usually only around 0.1 inch, but an increase is anticipated during the draft weekend from April 24 to 26. As spring weather in Wisconsin can change quickly, it's advisable for attendees to dress in layers. Meteorologist Timm Uhlmann shared that mornings can be cool, and temperatures often drop in the evenings. He recommends wearing a sweatshirt in the morning and being prepared to put it back on later. The Old Farmer's Almanac also forecasts "very warm, then chilly" conditions for the upper Midwest from April 20 to 30. Past weather data for these dates shows low precipitation and little to no snowfall across the last decade. Overall, while forecasts are not definitive, Green Bay could experience a mix of warmer weather with occasional drizzle during the NFL draft weekend.
