Guided meditation and coffee hour events in Saco, Biddeford

On March 27, several events will take place in the area. A guided meditation session will be held from 5:30 to 6:30 PM at Harmonic Egg in Saco. Alicia Campbell will lead the session, and it is free to attend. For more information, people can call or email the Harmonic Egg. A Coffee Hour for seniors aged 55 and older will happen at McArthur Public Library in Biddeford from 10 to 11 AM. This event includes light refreshments and is also free. On March 28, the musical revue "I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change!" will premiere at City Theater in Biddeford from 7:30 to 9:30 PM. The show explores modern love through humor and is priced between $25 and $30. On March 29, the musical will run again in the evening. Additionally, a concert featuring the Maine Pops Small Ensembles will take place from 2:30 to 4 PM at the First Parish Congregational Church in Saco. This event is free. A Makers’ Space event at McArthur Public Library will allow participants to create with available materials from 9 AM to noon. Later, a Soup & Chili Supper will be held at Trinity Episcopal Church from 4 to 6 PM, offering a variety of food for a small fee. On March 30, the musical will be performed again, along with a Maker Pop-Up event in Biddeford. Looking ahead, a Puppet Pals Story Time for young children is scheduled for April 1 at McArthur Public Library. Later, on April 5, a baked bean and pasta supper will be held in Arundel to support the local Historical Society. Lastly, an Open House Public Breakfast will occur on April 16 at AMVETS Post 1, with proceeds supporting a charity program. A Home Lending Advantage Event will also be offered at KeyBank, providing resources for homebuyers.
