Ambience Mall in Gurugram has made changes after Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal was denied entry while posing as a delivery agent. The mall has created a dedicated pickup point for delivery workers to collect food orders more easily. In addition to the new pickup area, Ambience Mall will employ staff, referred to as "walkers," to transport food from restaurants to the pickup points. This aims to reduce wait times for delivery partners.
