Harvest restaurant in Hershey to close for transformation in January 2025

Harvest restaurant at the Hotel Hershey will close after brunch on January 5, 2025, for a transformation. It will reopen in spring 2025 with a new dining and tavern concept. Harvest has been in operation since 2009 and is known for its American cuisine. The restaurant is located in a separate building from the hotel. This closure follows a trend of rebranding by Hershey Entertainment, which previously changed the Hershey Grill to Stacks in 2023 and opened Revelry Chophouse in 2020.
