Chandigarh: Anil Vij, Haryana's minister for energy, labor, and transport, welcomed astronaut Sunita Williams back from her recent space mission. During a session in the state assembly, he proposed that the assembly acknowledge her safe return formally. Vij praised Sunita's strong ties to India and her respect for Indian culture. He noted that she carries the Bhagavad Gita with her on every space journey, symbolizing India's spiritual legacy. Health Minister Kumari Arti Singh Rao shared that the state government has selected 561 doctors for future appointments. Regarding the Rewari area, Rao announced plans to relocate the civil hospital and trauma center. The current site is in a low-lying area, and proposals have been made to move them to Gokulgarh or Bhagwanpur. After evaluating both locations, the government will choose the most suitable site for new facilities.
