Hermes Distillery, a liquor maker, has acquired 10 luxury apartments in Marine Lines, South Mumbai, for ₹199.35 crore. The details come from property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards. The apartments are located in the Prestige Ocean Tower, a project developed by Prestige Estates. These apartments span the 37th to 41st floors of the building, covering a total area of 25,650 square feet. The price per unit varies between ₹19.39 crore and ₹20.54 crore. The registration for these transactions took place on January 2, 2025, with a stamp duty payment of ₹11.96 crore and a registration fee of ₹3 lakh. The purchase also includes 30 car parking spaces. Hermes Distillery, established in 2008, is based in Belgaum, Karnataka. The company offers a variety of alcoholic beverages, including whisky and vodka, and operates a manufacturing unit in Raibag. Marine Lines is a prestigious residential area in South Mumbai, known for its upscale apartments and proximity to major business centers like Churchgate and Fort.
