Hoboken's Church Square Park to undergo major upgrades
nj.com —
Hoboken is starting Phase 1 of improvements to Church Square Park, which was built in 1875. The upgrades aim to enhance the park while keeping its historic character. The first phase includes a new playground for children under five, a lawn area, a sound buffer for the dog run, and new public restrooms. Construction begins this week and is expected to last about five months. Temporary fencing and road restrictions will be in place during the work.
